With easy access just off the motorway and excellent public transport connections, getting here is easy.
We offer a range of flexible workspace solutions including private offices, dedicated desks, enterprise suites and tailored workspace solutions.
If you’re looking for hot desking in Auckland, rather than day passes we provide dedicated desks on flexible monthly memberships. Giving you the flexibility of hot-desking with the consistency of your own permanent workspace.

Either a private office or dedicated desk with 24/7 access to B:HIVE.
The licence fee includes OPEX and utilities such as high-speed internet, power, water, cleaning and rubbish removal. With no fit-out required, there is no capex.
Tea and coffee, reception services including mail collection and visitor greeting, premium kitchens and bathrooms, a business address, end-of-trip facilities, and a curated community events programme are also included.
On-floor meeting rooms are bookable at no additional charge. Desks and chairs are provided, with only monitors required to be operational from day one.
We offer flexible licence agreements designed to support changing and evolving businesses. Our private offices are available on one-to-three-year terms, while our dedicated desks are offered on monthly terms.
We understand that business needs can change, so if requirements shift during the licence term, our team will work with you to find a solution.
Many of our members scale up within B:HIVE as their teams grow, this could be adding desks, upgrading to a larger office, or transitioning from a dedicated desk membership into a private office.
Our leasing team works closely with members to understand their growth plans and provide options that allow their workspace to evolve alongside their business over time.
Pricing at B:HIVE is tailored to each business, as requirements vary depending on team size, the number of desks required, and the size and configuration of the space.

Yes, on-floor meeting rooms are included and can be booked, rescheduled or cancelled at no additional charge through the B:HIVE app.
Boardrooms, seminar and auditorium spaces are available to hire at an additional cost. B:HIVE members receive discounted rates, and bookings or enquiries can be sent to events@bhive.co.nz

Our team is on site Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
All members enjoy 24/7 secure digital access to the building.
Yes, B:HIVE & Smales Farm offer short and long-term parking options, including:
- Free P5 and P30 zones
- Short stay P180 zones
- All day unallocated casual parking, with corporate options available
- Corporate monthly Smales Farm allocated parking
- Corporate monthly B:HIVE basement allocated parking

Yes, B:HIVE and Smales Farm are well connected via major bus routes including the Smales Farm Station and nearby motorway access.
For cyclists and scooter riders, secure bike storage is available in the B:HIVE basement, including e-bike and e-scooter charging facilities.
Printing is available on a pay-as-you-use basis and is charged monthly based on usage.
Yes. Smales Farm Fitness Centre is located on site just behind Shorecare and is exclusive to B:HIVE & Smales Farm residents with 24/7 access.
Current members who refer a new private office member receive a $1,500 Prezzy Card, Terms and conditions apply.
